Types of therapy I offer

I am trained as a Therapeutic CounselIor using the three key modalities [see below]. I am Accredited by the BACP.

I am trained by Cruse, the national bereavement charity to work with those affected by death and dying.

I am trained by, and receive referrals from, the national charity Barnados to work with all those affected by adoption, and attachment and other issues within families and relationships.

I have training and personal experience counselling people with neurodivergence (eg autism), and those living with them.

With referrals from Employee Assistance agencies I have wide experience of issues arising from work.

I also have experience working through interpreters with refugees and asylum seekers.

Near or far? No problem.

For Face to Face counselling, there are excellent car, train or bus links to me at Redhill, Surrey. I am based near East Surrey College. Alternatively, a majority of clients use Zoom for their online counselling sessions.

A few clients use telephone, that’s fine too. I am trained and experienced in the use of all three ways for our counselling sessions together.
