As a BACP Accredited counsellor I offer an Integrative modality, respectful of the psychodynamic roots of your personality, celebrating the person-centred abilities of yourself the client, and open to the methodology of CBT when that suits the client’s needs and wishes.
I am qualified through Barnados to offer Adoption Support Counselling and Attachment Focused Therapy for adults involved in any way with adoption.
Because you deserve the time and attention to get to the roots of your pain, your dilemmas, and how your life is changing.

What I can help with?
My recent practice has lead me to focus on issues around Adoption, Anxiety, Autism, Bereavement, Culture and identity, Depression, issues arising from Disability, Family issues (past and present), Identity (who am I now, compared to who I was), Infertility, Loss (including relationship breakdown), Men's issues (including fatherhood and midlife), Parenthood, Relationships, Self-esteem, Sexual identity, Spirituality, Stress (identifying and neutralizing), Women (reflecting on their past, present and future identity), challenges at Work, and Work-Life balance.
I offer face to face counselling, online by zoom, and telephone counselling.
My first session
I offer a free 15-30 minute online or telephone consultation to clients to establish whether I am the right counsellor for you and to assess your needs and the aims of our work together.

Everyone from 17 to seniors.
